TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Social Suite — Complete Course Bundle
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to the Social Suite online course bundle and any related courses, bonuses, templates, downloads and digital resources (together, the "Program") offered by Ashleigh Bailey Consulting (the "Business", "we", "us" or "our"). By purchasing the Program, completing checkout, or accessing any part of the Program, you ("you", "your" or the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. THE PROGRAM
The Program is a self-paced digital education product delivered online. It comprises pre-recorded video courses, tutorials, downloadable templates, planners, scripts, guides and other digital resources. The specific inclusions, number of courses and bonuses are as described on the sales page at the time of purchase. We may add to, update, improve or substitute content of equivalent or greater value from time to time.
The Program is educational only. It provides strategies, frameworks and tools relating to social media
and content creation. It is not a guarantee of any particular result, level of income, follower growth,
engagement or business outcome.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to
purchase the Program. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable, unless
stated otherwise at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely through our third-party checkout provider (ThriveCart) and
associated payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.
- Where a payment plan or split-pay option is selected, you authorise us (and our payment
provider) to automatically charge each scheduled instalment to your nominated payment method
on the agreed dates until the full balance is paid.
- Course modules purchased on a payment plan may be released ("drip-fed") progressively as
instalments are paid.
- You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available. If an instalment fails, we may
suspend or revoke your access until the outstanding amount is paid, and you remain liable for the
full purchase price.
- Promotional pricing, bundle discounts and savings are available only for the period and on the
conditions advertised.
4. ACCESS AND DELIVERY
Access to the Program is delivered electronically. On successful payment (or on your first instalment for payment plans) you will receive login details to the course platform. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to keep your login details secure. Where "lifetime access" is offered, this means access for as long as the Business continues to operate and host the Program online; it does not mean perpetual access independent of the Business's continued operation.
5. NO REFUNDS AND NO CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final. Because the Program is a digital product that provides immediate access to
valuable intellectual property and downloadable content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges,
returns or cancellations for change of mind, including (without limitation) where you:
- change your mind after purchasing;
- do not start, complete or use the Program;
- decide the Program is not the right fit after gaining access;
- fail to make payment plan instalments; or
- do not achieve a particular result.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying digital content that is made available to
you immediately, and you consent to immediate access. Once payment is made and access is
granted, the sale is complete and non-refundable.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts
or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that you have under the Australian
Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law
that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be
excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Program fails to meet a consumer
guarantee — for example, it is not of acceptable quality, or it is significantly different from what
was described — you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, repair or replacement for a major failure, or a resupply for a minor failure. This "no refund" policy applies only to change-of-
mind situations and does not affect those legal rights.
6. PAYMENT PLAN DEFAULTS AND CHARGEBACKS
If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently revoke your access to the Program and to pursue recovery of any amounts owing, including reasonable recovery and administration costs.
Initiating a chargeback does not release you from your obligation to pay the full purchase price where the Program has been delivered as described.
7. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the Program — including videos, text, templates, captions, scripts, planners,
graphics, frameworks and branding — is the intellectual property of Ashleigh Bailey Consulting and is protected by copyright and other laws. On purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-
exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Program for your own individual use only.
You must not:
- copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, sublicense, publish or share the Program or any of its content;
- record, screenshot for distribution, or otherwise reproduce the materials for anyone other than yourself;
- use the content to create a competing course, program or product.
8. ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON — NO LOGIN SHARING
Access is licensed per individual student. Each login is personal, individual and secure. Logins
must not be shared with team members, colleagues, friends or any other person. Account access is monitored. Sharing a login is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of
access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action and recover damages and
costs.
If you wish to purchase access for multiple students (for example, for a salon team), special group/
team pricing is available — please email hello@ashleighbailey.consulting before purchasing.
9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Program shares strategies and tools that have worked for the Business and others, but your
results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, consistency, market, niche and existing audience. We make no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding income,
sales, bookings, follower growth, engagement or any other outcome. Any examples, testimonials or figures shown are illustrative and are not a promise of your results.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE AND CONDUCT
You agree to use the Program and any associated community, comments or support channels
respectfully and lawfully. We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you engage in abusive, unlawful, fraudulent or disruptive conduct, or if you breach these Terms.
11. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Program references and relies on third-party platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook and other social media and software tools). We do not control these platforms, and their features, policies and algorithms may change at any time. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, any third-party platform.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 5 (your non-excludable rights under
the Australian Consumer Law), the Business is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or
consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising
out of or in connection with the Program or these Terms. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the Program or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
13. PRIVACY
We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. By purchasing, you consent to us using your details to deliver the Program, process payments, provide support and send service communications. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase
governs that purchase. Continued use of the Program after updated Terms are published constitutes
acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of
Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State. (Update the State if your business operates elsewhere.)
